CHI KUNG

Experience this ancient Chinese exercise system that uses breath, movement and meditation to enhance the flow of vital energy throughout the body. Chi Kung provides many health benefits, while also containing elements of self defense. Students may elect to focus on Chi Kung during their individual study portion of Kung Fu class.
