Welcome to Tiger Crane Kung Fu. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tiger Crane Kung Fu website, online training programs, membership services, digital content, and related services operated by Tiger Crane Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing this website, purchasing a membership, or participating in any online training program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or participate in paid services unless participation is supervised and approved by a parent or legal guardian.
By using this website and its services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
Tiger Crane Kung Fu provides online martial arts instruction, educational content, videos, livestreams, digital downloads, and related materials through subscription-based membership tiers.
Membership access is granted solely to the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed to others.
Certain membership tiers may include access to live online classes, coaching sessions, workshops, or other interactive training opportunities.
Participation in live training programs may be limited to maintain instructional quality and is subject to instructor approval. Tiger Crane Enterprises LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, deny, suspend, revoke, or limit participation in any live training program, class, session, or membership tier that includes live access.
Enrollment in a membership tier that includes live training does not guarantee admission to any particular class, session, or program. The Company may establish enrollment caps, waiting lists, attendance requirements, codes of conduct, behavioral standards, or other criteria for participation and continued access.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the membership content or services at any time, including membership features, lesson availability, and training materials.
SUBSCRIPTION BILLING AND RENEWAL
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until your membership is canceled.
Pricing, billing intervals, and membership features are subject to change at any time with reasonable notice posted on the website or provided to members. Any pricing changes will apply prospectively and will not affect charges already processed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us through the website.
Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but does not provide refunds for prior billing periods already processed.
Unless otherwise stated, all membership payments are non-refundable.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Martial arts training, physical conditioning, stretching, self-defense training, weapons training, drills, demonstrations, and related activities involve inherent physical risks, including the risk of serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
By participating in any training provided through Tiger Crane Kung Fu, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation.
You acknowledge that online instruction cannot fully monitor your environment, technique, physical condition, safety practices, equipment, or training area.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically capable of participating in martial arts or fitness-related activities.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or martial arts program.

SAFE TRAINING ENVIRONMENT
You are responsible for ensuring that your training environment is safe, appropriate, and free from hazards.
You agree to use appropriate caution, supervision, and protective equipment where applicable.
Any use of training weapons, practice weapons, training tools, exercise equipment, or related materials is done entirely at your own risk.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided through Tiger Crane Kung Fu, including videos, lesson materials, curriculum, logos, branding, artwork, graphics, photographs, audio recordings, written materials, and digital downloads, is the property of Tiger Crane Enterprises LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, uploaded, republished, sold, shared, modified, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.
Unauthorized redistribution of membership content may result in termination of access and legal action.
Participation in Tiger Crane Kung Fu programs does not grant any certification, instructor status, teaching rights, licensing rights, franchise rights, or authorization to teach Tiger Crane Kung Fu curriculum, systems, methods, forms, or training materials.
No member may teach, commercially use, represent, sublicense, or publicly present Tiger Crane Kung Fu training materials or curriculum as authorized instruction without the prior written approval of Tiger Crane Enterprises LLC.
Any unauthorized instructional use, commercial exploitation, or misrepresentation of affiliation may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Reproduce, record, or redistribute training materials.
• Use the services for unlawful purposes.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse instructors or members.
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality, security, or access controls.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, restrict, deny, or revoke access to any portion of the services, including live training programs and membership benefits, at our discretion for violations of these Terms, disruptive behavior, misconduct, misuse of the platform, conduct inconsistent with the values or objectives of the School, or any other reason permitted by applicable law.
USE OF TECHNIQUES AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
